Pay attention, girth chasers.

I want to talk to you about the power of girth and what's working for me right now (listen up because this either applies to you right now if you've been doing this PE stuff for more than 3 months, if not it will apply to you soon.)

I'm now at 6.15' girth.

I also use Dapoxetine pre-sex occasionally.

This is turning out to be a mesmerizing (for her) combination in the bedroom.

Her eyes wide, hips losing control, legs shaking, juices squirting.

She's now sopping wet from grinding on my dick whilst I sit there doing nothing, when previously I'd have to "finger blast" her to get her that wet, for a good 2-5 minutes.

How have I grown from 5.5' girth to 6.15' girth?

I've managed to grow by 0.65' girth since I started this journey, and I'm truly grateful to the Universe that this stuff is possible.

But what's working for me right now is NOT what was working back in Plovdiv when I originally hit 6' girth.

Back then I was alternating pumping with clamping.

Now I'm not doing any clamping, but I'm doing very long (one hour) pumping sessions in the evenings (with the Bathmate pump).

These are divided into three sets of 20 minutes, at moderate intensity, then in the final 3-5 minutes I blast up to the highest intensity I can withstand.

Now this is very different to my original girth routine back in April - June.

But it's working.

There's multiple paths to Rome - 8 weeks doing the clamping/pumping alternation, 8 weeks doing marathon pumping sessions.

This is a fantastic way to keep the girth gains coming, because doing one thing only ALWAYS leads to plateaus eventually. You don't want your dick to acclimatise too easily to your program.

But beginners should stick to jelqing + pumping for the first 12 weeks.

THEN move onto clamping which is more advanced.
